Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping method chosen.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location and may be subject to customs processing delays. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required
Products that are opened, used, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
The restocking fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Return Process

Contact us at CDI3Art@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number explaining what the issue is with the ordered item(s).

Once approved, ship the item back within 7 days.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
